What is the REX1000?
The Redstone REX1000 IP-PBX provides versatile communication solutions for large-scale enterprises. It supports voice and video calls, voice message broadcast, fax, call recording, and mobile extensions to improve work efficiency and service quality. The REX1000 supports up to 1000 extensions, and its multi-site networking capability enables extensions to be expanded to thousands, meeting the requirements of either single-site or multi-site deployment.

High Integration and Expansibility
The REX1000 is designed as a compact unit with 1U height, making it applicable to standard 19-inch racks. It integrates SIP soft switch, voice codec, and media processing in a single device. Analog extensions can be expanded by connecting Redstone gateways, providing flexibility for organizations with mixed phone environments.
High Reliability
The REX1000 provides high availability features including 1+1 redundancy of Gigabit-Ethernet ports and AC/DC power supplies (optional). With primary-standby, active-standby, and PSTN failover capabilities, the system handles failures of SIP proxy servers, power supply, and network automatically, providing carrier-class availability with minimized downtime.
Easy Remote Management
Embedded with the Redstone Cloud client, devices behind enterprise NAT or firewalls can be easily accessed for maintenance and troubleshooting. Real-time monitoring, alarm notification, remote packet capture, and software upgrading can be performed with Redstone or third-party Remote Device Management Systems via TR-069 or SNMP protocol.
Multi-Site Networking, Unified Management
Peer-to-peer communication allows the REX1000 to connect with remote Redstone IP-PBXs, gateways, IP phones, and mobile extensions. All extensions across headquarters and branches can call each other for free, and all trunks can be shared. Unified management of call recordings and call histories is achieved across the entire network.
