What is the REX1000?

Embedded with the Redstone Cloud client, devices behind enterprise NAT or firewalls can be easily accessed for maintenance and troubleshooting. Real-time monitoring, alarm notification, remote packet capture, and software upgrading can be performed with Redstone or third-party Remote Device Management Systems via TR-069 or SNMP protocol.

Peer-to-peer communication allows the REX1000 to connect with remote Redstone IP-PBXs, gateways, IP phones, and mobile extensions. All extensions across headquarters and branches can call each other for free, and all trunks can be shared. Unified management of call recordings and call histories is achieved across the entire network.
