The PLDT certification process subjected Redstone REX IP-PBX systems and RGW VoIP gateways to comprehensive interoperability testing: SIP registration and authentication protocols; inbound and outbound call routing; DTMF transport for IVR and menu navigation; fax over IP with T.38 relay; Caller ID transmission and display; call hold, transfer, and conferencing features; and emergency call routing (911/117) compliance.
All tests completed successfully, confirming full feature compatibility between Redstone equipment and PLDT SIP trunking services.
